The instructions that come with the bracket are a joke - it took me about 45 minutes to realize how to install it. Micro Center sells the brackets for $2, so I decided to give it a try. After doing some quick googling, I found this reply by a CM employee: I thought I had to get a more modern cooler because Cooler Master's support list for the AM4 brackets did not include the Hyper 212 Plus. It's an older model cooler that predates the more popular Evo, but I have been using it since ~2011.
